Chris and
Tess St. Clair's
baby GIRL is expected to arrive around
July 19. We congratulate them on this new addition to their family and would
like to do something special for them. On Sunday, June 19 and Sunday, June 26,
there will be a "baby shower area"
in the vestibule for collection of gifts for the baby. Please remember to bring
your gifts on either of those two Sundays to help them prepare for their new
arrival.
Remember that we are having "Community Heroes Day" in the July 10 morning service. Adam
Palmer will be the speaker. We need
everyone to bring their favorite dishes for lunch after the service. Please remember we will have guests.
Got TIME on Your Hands? Do you have three (3) hours a week and are
you are looking for something to do? We have volunteer opportunities at St. Luke’s Hospital and our Thrift Shop. Applications are available at our Thrift Shop
(148 N. Trade St., Tryon, NC), our hospital or online at www.saintlukeshospital.com (then
select Volunteers). For more information, call Gayle Cook at 828-894-0895. Volunteer – It’s a Healthy Thing to Do!
