PRAYER REQUESTS: Please let us know about any prayer requests that you have by filling out the Congregation’s Prayer Request Card on the back of the Guest Registration Card. We will be praying for all requests. We will also send a card of encouragement through our AGO MINISTRY@ if possible.
PARENTS OF YOUNG CHILDREN: Nursery is available for small children; Children's Church is available for preschool children. Please feel free to ask for information.

Total received for Global Missions to date is $6,256.50, which is $743.50 short of our goal of $7,000. TODAY is final day to give to this year’s Global Missions Offering!

Remember the PBA Care Kitchen. If you know of someone who may need a free meal, tell them to come on over to the PBA basement, 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM on Fridays.

Please remember our Food Closet. Bring non-perishable items and put them in the box in the Library.

FROM THE PBA:
(1)Faith Baptist Church is having Revival on Sunday Nov. 5 – Nov. 8 at 7:00 pm each evening. Rev. Millard Box 101 years young will be preaching. Rev. Millard Box has been preaching over 81 yrs. Everyone is invited to come! Please come and receive a huge blessing!

(2)Veterans Day Luncheon Honoring Polk County Area Veterans Friday, November 10, 2017  12:30 - 2:00 pm Midway Baptist Church Family Life Center, 2101 NC Hwy 108 E   Columbus, NC 28722.  Space is limited and reservations are required. Veterans may bring one guest for a FREE Lunch.   For reservations please call 828.894.5633

(3)The Polk County Senior Center has a number of the things going on which may be of interest to our church members:
Oct.10, 17, 24, and Nov. 7, 14 Workshop series on “Living Healthy with Chronic Pain” at The Meeting Place,12:30–3:00 pm
Oct. 15 – Dec. 7 SHIIP Counselors available to help senior adults find the best Medicare Prescription Drug Plan for the particular situation at the Saluda senior Center (828-749-9245) and The Meeting Place Senior Center (828-894-0001)
Oct. 25 Thermal Belt Outreach Applications for Thanksgiving/Christmas Baskets taken at The Meeting Place, 10:30 am
