There will be a Youth Fundraiser following Morning
Worship TODAY. The main dish
will be Chicken and Dumplings. Plan to stay, enjoy a delicious meal and good
fellowship, and make a donation to our
Youth Fund.
Today is the final day to
give to this year’s I Love My Church
offering. Any gifts received after today
will go to next year’s offering. Thank you to those who have already given!
The
National Day of Prayer is Thursday, May 4, 2017. It will be observed on the
courthouse lawn in Columbus from 12 noon until 12:40 p.m. Join us as we pray for our nation!
Our Memorial
Day will be May 28. We will have lunch at the church following
Morning Worship and there will be no evening service or activities..
Please remember our Food Closet. You can bring
non-perishable items and put them in the box in the Library.
Don't forget the PBA Care Kitchen. If you
know of someone who may need a free meal, give them a call and tell them to
come on over to the PBA basement, 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM on Fridays.
The deadline for the 2017 applicants for the PBA Scholarship
Program is June 1. Anyone who needs an application may come by
the Association Office to pick one up or see Louise Allison.
