We will have fall
revival services October 15 - 18, 2017. Rev. Steven Cooper will bring the messages. The services begin at 10:50 a.m. on Sunday
morning and will continue at 6 p.m. on Sunday evening and at 7 p.m. Monday thru
Wednesday. Everyone is encouraged to
attend.
We will have our annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 21, from 3:00 pm-until. Please join us for games, hayride, bonfire, pumpkin painting and much more! This year we will have an apple dish
baking contest. All you cooks out there, prepare your favorite
apple dish and enter it in the contest.
Judges will taste the dishes and choose a winner!
There will be a sign-up sheet in the vestibule for you to donate items.
Happy Fall, Y’all!
We are collecting pre-wrapped candy to put in treat bags
for our Fall Festival. If you
are willing to donate, we will need this candy by Sunday, October 15. There will be a box in the vestibule. Thank
you!
Total received for Global Missions as of last Sunday is $6,246.50, which is $753.50 short of our goal of $7,000.
We will continue to receive gifts for this year’s offering
through October.
Don't forget the PBA Care Kitchen. If you
know of someone who may need a free meal, tell them to come on over to the PBA
basement, 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM on Fridays.
Please remember our Food Closet. Bring non-perishable items and put them in the box in
the Library.
The PBA
Fall Meeting is Thursday, October
26, 7:00 p.m., at Silver Creek Baptist Church. Rev.
Ronnie Hodge will be the speaker.
